The past 12 years have been a journey. At times this was all I had to distract me. My Art is messy and sometimes intense At times it's just a mess, but to watch paint pour out and without a paintbrush , the paint moves. The paint creates and I interpret.

My Story
Art saved my life.
"I am the Accidental Artist - Vixen.
Art saved me from severe depression and chronic pain after a spinal cord injury in 2011. I lost everything including myself. What you see here is a collection of those emotions. Living life as a paraplegic and having lost everything I had to dig deep to find my new normal. With the love and support of my dad, my youngest daughter, and amazing friends I found my new normal. These paintings have been hidden away while I continued painting. I didn't share my Art with anyone until recently. After sharing a couple with close friends, who I thank for their support, I'm ready to let them tell their own story. I didn't create it. I merely enabled its movement.
